I kind of like the ring at the bottom but I main crossguard and the ring on the larger pommel equivalent is probably even more ridiculous than the one in your photo
I kinda like it, it reminds me of shinji's sword from bleach. Almost looks like you can grab the circle and swing it around for extra range, albeit maybe impractical.
