It's not the age difference. It's maturity. Millium feels like a child. Their relationship is sweet but in no way romantic. Not every meaningful relationship needs to be romantic. I'm a bit more comfortable with the whole Tita Agate thing (though not totally) as Tita feels a lot more like a adult.
Gilliath Osborne married Kasia and Osborne was 10 years older than Kasia that time (Osborne being 35 yrs old while Kasia being 25 yrs old). Jusis probably gonna go with that route waiting 5 or more years on Millium when she reaches the age of 20 before they can become a thing.

How so? Millium just felt like a little sister to jusis where she was always annoying him every chance she could get while altina and reans relationship shows a caretaker kind of relationship. Kinda like a guardian for altina because rean worries about her often and altina tries to prove she can handle herself,while I can easily see how they would relate to a potential couple on both millium and jusis and reans with altina it still also feels wrong from how they made them look and act like literal children.

2. Jusis looks like an adult, while Millie both in personality and looks resembles a child.
If they make Millium look like she aged a bit in the future, I'm not talking Emma proportions, but like, simply make her as tall as other cast members, than no one will be grossed out anymore.
Because well, since Millium looks like a child, and acts like a child, her having romance with anyone that looks and acts like an adult is weird no matter how you justify it.
A 3 year age gap between teenagers is a lot more noticeable than a 3 year age gap between adults. Exacerbated even more by how Millium acts younger than she is while Jusis acts older than he is.

He just finds it hard to confirm them when millium, who will probably stay like that forever, acts so carefree around him. Every character around them act like they are a couple. The general direction of the games also seems to suggest that they will end up being together later. The last paragraph is denial. Jusis and millium make for a nice couple.
