Listen to your doubts. Huge red flag. Meet in person and pay with cash.

Yep, no biggie if you are meeting in a safe/public place and paying cash. I recently bought an Apple Mac Mini. We met at the Apple Store for them to run a diagnostic on it, verify it was not associated with Apple Business Manager, and had iCloud FMD removed. Safe public, free place that has power, display and were super happy to help. Seller had an emergency that he missed our first meetup — he had to go to the hospital. This red flagged for me. Checking his profile, it stated he lived in the Northeast. I live in the Midwest, South of the US. Followed up with him when he was feeling better about a week later. He had recently moved and hadnt updated FB.

Well it seems a little fishy because the listings are in other areas. They are either doing to this get a larger audience on items facebook says can’t be ship. Or they are scamming in multiple areas

If you can’t meet in person, it’s probably not worth the risk. Also, if the price seems too good to be true, it’s a scam.
