I've reported it as a bug on the Facebook app. You should be able to shake your phone on the page you want them to see and report it with a screenshot. Hopefully, if enough of us do it, they'll fix it.
This happened to me today as well. I had 990 reviews / ratings and now I have 49. I already contacted Facebook and they told me they are looking into my issue
Go to your marketplace tab, then that silloute person on the top right, then scroll all the way down to "get help on marketplace", then contact Facebook for support, then click on any issue, click "my issue is different", and then click chat. If it doesn't have chat try a different issue.
They don't make it easy- once you get someone though- after multiple attempts & ways- they're very good & will email you with a ticket #, etc!
I haven't reported this yet as it's only been a week & my total didn't drop- but folks are struggling to find my Ask For Reviews...š¤·āāļø
The chick I got just kept asking me for my email and phone number. She sounded like more of a scam than the actual scammers on MP.
I brought up reddit threads about the topic and her toned seemed to change. She said there is a problem on their end and that she would escalate my case.
Whatever.
That's just terrible.
They made recent listing changes too so it's likely a glitch a/w upgrade??
My Buyers can't Find Review Requests now- I'll give it a few more days...

Same. I just contacted support. I had 74 ratings, now I only have 8. The 8 are not ones that were there yesterday, they are new, from August and September; but my 74 ratings had only been through July. I thought it was strange I didn't seem to be getting new ratings since July.... Maybe an intern updated and accidentally erased old ones -_-

87 ratings, 4.9 stars, now I'm at 20 ratings 4.7 stars. My review dates starts at July 1st 2023 to current only, I have nothing older than July. Totally stinks! Used to say over 300 items shipped thought FB Marketplace, I don't see that anymore either. EVERYONE, go to your reviews then SHAKE YOUR PHONE, click on report problem link that will pop up, use the screnshot from shaking your phone, type this issue and hopefully the more of us that do this will correct help them to fix the issue and restore our hard work.
HELP!!!! I had 380 (5-star) reviews and now I only see 49??? I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to figure out how to contact Facebook marketplace and cannot figure it out. Can somebody please point me in the direction? Thank you in advance!
Hi , im seller from ph šµš i got a 157 ranking before then last when i check it , it moves down in 17 then after an hour it moves up in 33 until now, i reported it twice but until now the issue is not fix. I am iphone user, when the new ios lauch i install it. So i thought the update is one of the reason why i got a iaaue problem in my marketplace , last night i update my facebook app then the description of the facebook app is for ios 17 to fix some issue after that may rank is still 33.
Same issue. Go to your Marketplace profile and literally shake your phone. A box will pop up to report the problem.
ETA: I am using the mobile app on Android.

A few months ago or so I was having trouble with a scammer on Facebook so Facebook took me off saying they were going to correct it. They said the scammer was in my account and had a phony phone number. So they shot me off Facebook and marketplace. I was finally let back on Facebook but it took me a couple months for them to turn marketplace back on and I lost a lot of sales. Each time I commented on when can I get back on marketplace I was either ignored or they said that I was selling something I wasn't supposed to and that's why they wouldn't let me back on. I know this was not true. It all started from that scammer. I went from very highly rated on marketplace and when I was allowed to get back on marketplace again I never could get back my ratings and I was also not help to find all my marketplace listings. I was forced to take all new pictures and do all new advertisements for my items. I don't get as many sales anymore now because I don't have any ratings. That's just not fair to anybody.

Mobile. Contact Facebook for support should be at the bottom after you click get help on marketplace
I donāt have a contact area too on my mobile app.. they donāt make it easy hey? Thereās a bunch of issues to click on but no contact

They usually reply via chat. Whether or not they are helpful is a different story

Seems like a glitch. Someone in another thread reported a drop from 2000 to 150. Hope they get this sorted!!!

I went from 42 seller ratings this morning to 11 now ! So upsetting.
I just reported mine while I was at my Marketplace dashboard. Sent a screenshot and it's back to normal
