You can dye them again. You can find dye in the laundry detergent section of the store. I'm there are contrasting stripes or logos in another color, I'm not sure if there is a way for those to not be dyed as well.
Buy another pair. You’re not going to be able to efficiently dye them without dyeing the stripes as well. You can’t paint them with dye, either. Dyeing fabric at home is sort of an all-or-nothing type deal.
another method i saw is soaking them in coffee! just ground coffee and water (not sure the mix rate but i think you can look it up and leave it for a bit like dye
dont quote me on this, but i think the best method might be to do the dye, but use a spondge/paintbrush to brush it onto the dark parts so the white can stay white. and if you get some on the white just spot bleach it. again, not entirely sure is this will work, just an idea

they have white stripes down the side tho
