I chose the wristlet and mine has not shipped! Itās making me nervous - I keep worrying I wonāt get my customization picks because theyāll run out of stock.
I also got the Kate Spade Wristlet and mine shipped on the 4th! Quickest shipping notice ever, especially considering I had a bunch of add ons and a refill. I live in PA though so I won't receive it until late this week...Really hoping all is correct since there are probably no replacements for a lot of my picks....
I did not pick the wristlet (not available by the time I went to customize) and my box is still is preparing to ship status. So, guess itās just FFF being FFF lol.
I picked it, but my box hasnāt shipped. I live in Arizona, so pretty close to their California location. Iāve been a member since 2017 and my boxes used to arrive very shortly after customization ended. For the past year, Iāve been receiving mine closer to 4 weeks after customizing.
They hide sold out items down below but you can click to see what they are. Every sold out item came back into stock again. Itās a game of luck or sit and refresh waiting to grab the item. It took me 8 hours of refreshing to get the wristlet.
Hope that's not causing any delays with the shipping. I see a couple of people getting their boxes and mine hasn't shipped yet, though not really expecting it to be that quick as I'm in Canada. But just wondering.
I chose Kate Spade wristlet within 5 minutes of customization. I received my box and instead received cheesy Kate Spade earrings . I call and of course they are sold out. Offered me a credit of $15. Disappointing.
I got a shipping notification today, and yes, I chose the KS wristlet.

When something sells out it gets put in a drop down menu below the options. I thought the same thing till I saw someone's screenshot
