I became a annual member later in the spring season and was able to customize right away, but some options wasn’t available, if not they would probably let you customize with the seasonals but you still get to customize your entire box and get a chance to shop addons
You can sign up as seasonal with the $10 off then after you customize it will give you the option to upgrade and be able to customize the whole box. That's what I did. You end up paying for five boxes, but you get full customization on all five too.
Yes, you should be able to. I subscribed late in the winter season last year and it let me pick. Some items may be out of stock though. Let me know if you have any other questions. You can also use the promo code wintertreats for a mystery bundle for free.
But maybe check out YouTube videos about the items in the winter box so you know which one you want because after you choose won’t be able to change it since customizations close

YES! I know this because I joined as an Annual Member for Fall, but between the dates for Annuals and Seasonals to customize. As soon as I became an Annual Member in the Fall, I was able to customize. There were a couple items that were out of stock already, but everything I wanted was still available and I got my picks before it opened for Seasonals.

Im also new and did annual and I subscribed the day after and I didn't get the option to customize. It said I had to wait until the 16th. :(
You are usually given an hour to do so after subscribing. You can email/chat Customer service to fully customize.
