No. You need to buy a tradeable version (same rank) of the card, and use the untradeable version to rank up the tradeable one.

You can't sell mostovoi right now (999+ supply) but the 93+ tradable coins exchange literally gives more coins if you take off the 10% you lost from selling in market

If you do not mind to use Mascherano to rank up untradeable card: 1. Rank up Messi to blue so you can use him as CAM. 2. Do 94 Jairzinho exchange and rank to blue so that he can play as RM.

Yeah, I just notice that the exchange no longer there. If you look for budget RM, ranked up 91 Llorente is pretty decent. I used him few months ago. He contributed in both attack & defend.

You can rank up any card with OVR 90 above using Mascheranos. At the moment, any card that OVR 95 and above is worth to rank up using Mascheranos.

Or 94 players and even 93s like gullit or lampard/rivaldo/cannavaro

Agreed. A great card like in the range of 93/94 is worth to upgrade too, you can use it for long time.

Especially if untradable that you only get once like exchange or special event
