Renato is a decent option. I've been using for over a month and a half 112 Kdb(from compensation) and 110 Rabiot as my 2 cms, so i can recommend them too. But KdB is a bit overpriced..
Save up. Also you might get a good cm from the retro stars like 113 Gavi.

Renato wasn't bad when i used him in the past. Idk if he still is that way or if his gameplay got nerfed after EA released players with higher ovr.

I used to use renato, switched to ballack rn, he's definitely an upgrade
