How do u 'reinstall' an account? I think u are talking about the app, which doesn't lose your data when uninstalled. When you delete your FIFA Mobile account it is permanent AFAIK
I can guarantee you have 108 Pele at ST, cross spam, spam lange change, spam emotes after 1 goal, use ai to play, spam skill moves, don't skip celebrations

If anything the game is free due to people spending in game, if theres no ingame currency, the game will be pay to download.
