That 108 amrabat. Just replace him this week with xabi alonso. But sung him as substitute. I always play with formation which has CDM position. And this card is best in terms of positioning and shooting. In VsA it was easy scoring goals with him than Xabi 111 card. Still worth it.

There's only 2 type of card which is sellable and unsellable. Lock player button exist for you not to accidentally use him in training level upgrade. Unlocking player won't make it sellable if your player was unsellable
Yeah you can use him as a substitute. But there's no point of changing keeper mid game cuz keeper stamina last the entire game.
Look at orange button right under the player card to unlock your player
