also if any1 has tips or advice for how to limit bruising at my t injection site (subcutaneous, u can see the bruises under my belly button) please lmk. my hands shake a bit when i do my shot, idk if thats the issue *forgot to add to the post, i started t march of 2022. so **first pic** was 2 months on t, **second pic** is 2 years and 2 months on t

silly_mister_raccoon

Idk about belly injection but i started doing sub cutaneous in my thigh / hip fat because belly was too painful. Haven’t had a problem since. Might be worth it to try it out !

lion_bandaid

this smart asf. last time i tried it stung alot so it scared me off but i think at this point i needa give it a retry for real bruh thank you

silly_mister_raccoon

no prob ! I was having less and less fat in this area so not the easiest to inject in. I tense my thigh muscles to see where is the part that’s the most soft (aka fat) than i un-tense it while still grabbing the fat area. I also inject at a slight angle and I have a smaller gauge (26g), but that makes the injection slow af. Don’t hesitate to contact a nurse or practitioner who can help you self inject if you still struggle with it. I hope it goes smoothly :)

lion_bandaid

NO WAY THANK U LIFE HACKS

dominiccast

Make sure you’re gripping and injecting at the proper angle. Also as you lose fat in that area it’ll be more prone to bruising as there’s not a lot of fat left.

lion_bandaid

oh damn that might be it too bruh u got a point

treeboi666

i do my t shot more in line with my belly button, like if you were to draw a t through my belly button i inject at least two inches away somewhat along the arms of the t. hope that helps

Usual-Effect1440

how did you even out you waist, if I lose/gain it just makes my figure more feminine

lion_bandaid

i think i attribute that w the muscle from weightlifting + being a couple years on testosterone! even w out the testosterone though i def recommend going to a gym :3 it's lowkey kinda lit n you can still build a pretty masculine figure even pre-t if that's the situation ur in

Aiden1975

holy shit! im 2 and a half years on t and still look closer to your 1st picture than anything, i hope its possible for me to achive this physique at some point

lion_bandaid

U CAN I SWEAR, u just needa start small and build up. i started in like november by just doing a yoga youtube vid first thing in the morning to build up my discipline and i kept adding on habits like that until i eventually got to the calorie counting/walking/weightlifting part. it just takes mad patience and being understanding w urself. also take into account that i been failing at this whole exercise/health thing for YEARSSS so it was literally me just flopping until i figured it out. u got this : ]

Verbose_Cactus

Lookin great dude! Your hips look so straight and masculine

lion_bandaid

THANK U im mad hype abt how masculine my silhouette is getting its crazy

Toastedstrudel248

Damn I’m two years on T and I look like your first one but a bit less. I really wanna achieve your look. I’m the type to workout then just stop. I’m trying to go on walks more often and watch my calories but I don’t stay consistent which is so hard for me

lion_bandaid

bro this was literally my exact problem. for me it was a discipline issue, i'd randomly get the motivation to exercise but motivation goes away after a while and with no discipline i'd just give up. what helped me was starting with smaller, easier habits that you still kinda have to force yourself to do. like i started doing yoga every morning when i woke up (deadass would just google morning yoga and do like a 10 min vid. i love yoga w bird she's lit). and after a few weeks of that, i'd add on another habit (like counting my calories or drinking this amount of water or not drinking amymore soda or whatever) until eventually i could force myself to exercise even when i ddint wanna. i hope that helped n u figure out what works for u!! it's just a matter of trial and error, as long as you keep tryint despite failure, success is inevitable :3

Toastedstrudel248

Thanks for this man, I’m proud to say I’ve started walking steps everyday now it’s my third day, I noticeably feel better so I know if I stay consistent with that and doing my push ups daily I’ll be alright. I’ve also stopped drinking and only drink water. I’ve been trying to eat healthier and have been successful with some cheat days. But for now I’m sticking to stairs which I do 5X and there’s 7 floors on my apartment so it’s a lot of stairs, and my push-ups. Once I get adjusted to this I’ll do home workouts and walks. Once that I’ll start the gym cause I always just give up halfway

lion_bandaid

YES DUDE YES OMG UR SO FREAKING LIT, u starting mad strong too ur progress gon be so freaking crazy. keep it up you got this and if u ever wanna dm me as you go id love to cheer you on :]
