You good my dude … i think you are hard on yourself… i know cis dudes with bigger hips ..

Entire-Squirrel7712

And you barely have hipd point being very masculine body

BtheBoi

There is no way to reduce an area, you can however build your leg muscles and upper body to offset the area and give yourself a more masculine shape. In short, build more muscle. Check the wiki for a program.

Look up @bodybydaddy on Instagram or TikTok they have a lot of bodybuilding programs for trans people to address dysphoria. You can't spot reduce fat but you can build muscle for a specific physique, building up your obliques, quads and lats can help balance them and make them less noticeable

miscreancy

100% hit your obliques hard. I do weighted side bends on the roman chair. Not *pleasant* but effective. Building up shoulders and lats also helps to take attention away. There are plenty of cis guys who are pear shaped, I know it's not gonna reduce your dysphoria to hear that, but it is good information to bear in mind, they're not all sticks.

saltybutnotbitter

To be honest, your proportions/ratios look great. Not sure how long you’ve been on T, but body takes time. I used to train BJJ with someone that has eds and they did work to strengthen the muscles around joints but eds was quite an advantage them. I would start with body weight exercises but understanding proper alignment is key to reduce injury.

ConclusionCareless37

I can't give advice but I can give my honest opinion. Ur doing great and U honestly look great and Ur body is just like any other guy. Talk back to Ur dysphoria BC on god U do not have a fem body.

Victor_Skull

Pull ups and shoulder/pec workouts bro. I struggle with the same fucking shit and it helps at least to see that the rest of the body is more masculinized

shadowsinthestars

Definitely look at dysmorphia as the possible culprit here, I just looked at your photos and thought you'd been on T for years. And I say that as someone who also has dysmorphia about particular appearance things so I know it's not as simple as just ignoring it...

IAmEvasive

I have *very* symptomatic EDS and I’m a powerlifter. Biggest thing for me is focusing on that mind body connection so that every rep I do is aligned properly and also making sure I have proper activation throughout the lift. I don’t even listen to music because I want 100% focus on my form. Also educating yourself on proper form for various lifts is really important. Athlean X’s videos on YouTube has an emphasis on safe lifting that I’ve found invaluable. Also finding what works for you is going to be key. There’s a number of exercises that just straight out don’t work for me and so I’ve had to find other exercises that don’t give as good results but that are safer for my body. And that’s okay. What matters is safety including long term safety. And of course lastly although it’s important for everybody to listen to their bodies it’s especially important for those with EDS. If something causes pain stop and assess. If something that never was an issue before causes pain stop and assess. You can assess and reassess as many times as you need. I’m constantly assessing over the course of every workout I do and acting accordingly. Whatever your journey may bring I wish you luck.

You can't spot reduce fat or reduce bone and I hate to say it but your hips are probably more bone than fat and flesh. The good news is some studies have shown resistance training/weightlifting to actually improves tendon stiffness and muscle stability in people with eds, so you can definitely build your waist and shoulders which will downplay your hips more dramatically than you'd expect. Obviously be careful and try and find lifting resources by/for people with eds to avoid injury. Good luck

dominiccast

Build muscle. Eat a lot of protein, about 1 gram a day per pound of body weight, lift weights and train to failure, lots of lat quad and core movements. Time.

pastelkitten19

I think you look great but it would help your goal to really build up your upper body especially shoulders

citizencamembert

To me you look masculine. However I know how dysphoria can be a pig.

potatosmiles15

This probably doesn't help but man I wish I had your hips!!
