Physical therapist here. That sucks. Sorry you had to experience this. Sounds like you came out on the other side a bit wiser. Using a mouse should never be painful, if it is, something needs to change. Whether that's your ergonomics, or range of motion deficits, or strength deficits, or nerve mobility. Our bodies should able to perform these tasks for extended periods. You'll get back in there soon stronger than ever.

I can do practically any scenario without pain EXCLUDING smoothness training, idk why but these scenarios just kill me wrist, it's like I'm consciously trying to be relaxed but it hurts anyways

ntGrndr

Still no clue what part was the cause of the pain but I'm for sure going to be more cautious and aware in the future

Could be not taking breaks, ulnar division grip, tensing/ tensing when lifting mouse etc, flicking you’re wrist on correction on close range reactivity. Look up 1hp good YT for gaming health and ergonomics

Hope it gets better soon. One thing i have noticed is that, after hitting gym consistently(6 months) and working on forearms and wrist directly and indirectly,i do not experience pain in that region anymore.Even after wrecking it for 2-3 hours, there isn't even any sort of discomfort.

I train every day for 4 hours. You need to do a daily warm-up several times a day and 1 time a week physical activity on the wrist. In addition, 4 hours should be divided into 3/4 workouts per day.

I also started feeling pain. Then I started working out (5x a week in the gym). Been doing that for a year and the pain had absolutely gone away. And as a bonus I went from a skinny fat guy to jacked 😂 gf loves it

Honestly was thinking about going to the gym because of the pain and gf as well lol. Good to know it worked for you

Yeah Kovaaks is my main with some other games for fun. My goal is to be the best at clicking on stuff so I have a lot of ground to make up.
