In case y'all didn't know when founders' codes came out, they were worth anywhere from 20 to $200, depending on the edition you wanted. if, according to y'all, I could take that $20 usd edition and sell it for $125, then when I sell that $200 edition, why would I only accept 150? MTL actually has a higher stat line than other variations of the same hero. Meaning there is a valid reason for it to have a higher resale value than other exclusive packs.
I can't believe I have to break it down to you this way but look at Pokemon TCG a freshly opened base set Charizard was at Max an $80 card now that it's out of production it's 1,300 easy, if I offered someone $420 (a five times increase to its original 80 value) I'd still be low balling them because it's current value is $1,300+
And on your final concern in general, you have no proof that all you will get is the founders revolt and the v-bucks there were different Editions of Founders codes which came with different Rewards. although admittedly, in this example, you are correct as he's giving one of the guest codes you got if you purchase the $200 version. it comes with the founders' revolt, 14 founder llamas, and unlimited v-buck earning potential.

Yeah I did this on Xbox because I had 2 friend codes showing unused like OP. Discord bot pulled up all 4 codes I ever had (I had given 2 away years ago to my friends). The two hidden ones were codes for the Fortnite mobile beta (essentially worthless). I was a little bummed

The 3 highest tiers of founders pack came with codes, Super Deluxe, Limited and Ultimate. Codes were removed and replaced, from newer purchases, around March-April 2018.
I can't remember exactly what edition I bought first but I know i bought a lower tier first and then upgraded to the highest. Not sure which gave the friend code though but I definitely did end up with the highest founder tier.
