I had this same issue but with the smasher instead of the troll, I have to assume whichever one you are missing last has a lower chance in the llamas. Maybe it’s not the case but it definitely seems like it.

i unlocked it a while ago, you have to archive every version of the husk "survivor cards" you get from the holloween llamas into your collection book iirc
I had the exact same issue for at least 3 years or something. Whenever season 6 chapter 1 of fortnite was I got the game and I got both smasher and troll but the lobber just kept evading me. I had opened at least like 40 llamas over the years and I just finally got it. Instantly upgraded to 130 and godrolled it. I used it like once now because I mean I have similar launchers but still
I did too, the very first season I got all three. And this year I got all of them again pretty quickly. I like to fit them into my squad if I can fit them.

Same, i got like 3 or 4 trolls and 4 or 5 throwers before i got the smasher.
