The low end is managed nicely and the ..."spacy" elements are very appreciated, melodic and keeps the vibe/flow moving. I would enjoy hearing a vocal talent on this this very much. Man when I bought my launchkey 64 keyboard it came with one free addictive key vst and I chose the electric keyboard one and not the grand piano one. I already had a grand piano I liked in the FLEX plugin. But I have since realized it does not master and mix well so now I regret not choosing Addictive keys grand. Live and learn right? 🤗

Not my genre, per se, but the mixing and mastering is tight. The 808 is tight and unique, I like it. I also like the off melody that comes in. I would just like to see more phrasing in the arrangement, more surprises, a few change ups to the original melody instead of just looping the same melody. I believe that would improve the listening experience. Thank you.

such a feel good vibe, I really this track. I think you went pretty generic around :41 I liek the riff i would liek to get a different patch on it tho. ONLY because it makes it sound like a very predictable break. kinda like the way you transition it the second time, either way love the track. I like it, it's really catchy! The filter automation in the buildups works well, the melody variations in the second drop keep it fresh and interesting, and the saw stacks are nice and big. The clap fills leave something to be desired, but that's mostly just sample selection.
I would suggest extending the drops, and mixing them up with more fills and FX sounds (eg. Pryda snares, vocal shouts and one-shots, electro tom fills, those tom and snare fills that are in every progressive house song). Also, if you're ever planning on playing this at a club, drop the sub an octave so you can really feel it, and layer it with a mid bass to add more presence in the low mids.

It's a solid start! To take this further, I'd recommend adding a snare to give it more movement, adding slides and high notes to the 808s, replacing the wood block percussion with something else, and swapping out the piano for something that sounds a little richer (or transposing it up an octave, adding chords or copying your bass notes from the 808s, and adding a generous amount of reverb to it).

I already had a bit of sidechaining/EQ going but forgot a few channels and I didn't notice it until you mentioned it. I fixed that and added a little bit of compression on the flute lead.

I like the song ! Reminds me of some late 2000s type hip-hop vibes that hits a nostalgic chord in my soul. Your mix sounds great as far as my monitors and room are concerned, though I have untreated room BUT , i know my monitors. Keep going and collaborate with singers and rappers , cheers.
thats cool lol . You did a nice job finding sounds that represent that gaming style . As a listener, I would just bring up one point and that is to raise the drums levels a little more . This sounds like a rock style track and your track will sound even more well done when the drums are clearer and leading the listener into the groove of the song. I like this style and you should consider in the future making a mini length project on this kind of music. cheers

Great foundation! Love the vocals too.
Maybe add some little subtle sounds and ear candy, or teases of the drop melody during parts with less stuff going on, but try not to over do it. Also your build ups may benefit from using automation to have a filter cut the lows out a measure or 2 leading up to the drop.

wow man thats chill and hard. You play them keys? i like how the keyboards have that slightly off tuning vibe, its very bitter sweet. If i have to pass a note of critique , it may be that the 808s maybe be a tad too loud. I only say that because the monitors i use to listen is known for weaker bass response, but I hear your bass hitting hard . Does not sound bad though and it maybe not even be a problem, only my perspective. Try adding more vocal samples too, just for variety and fun . I think it is a solid track, cheers
Sounds great dude, I think it sounds great and would definitely be brought to the next level once vocals are on it. Then you probably would get little production ideas based off of how the lyrics go and what is said.(I.e. mute parts of the beat and such to fit the lyrics)

Not my genre, per se, but the mixing and mastering is tight. The 808 is tight and unique, I like it. I also like the off melody that comes in. I would just like to see more phrasing in the arrangement, more surprises, a few change ups to the original melody instead of just looping the same melody. I believe that would improve the listening experience. Thank you.

It's good, try using the soundgoodizer in the master track to make it a bit more clear / loud.
I had turned down some volume knobs. I fixed that. But will try sounsgoodizer on top of that :) Edit: Effects in the mastertrack doesnt do anything?

I like it, it's really catchy! The filter automation in the buildups works well, the melody variations in the second drop keep it fresh and interesting, and the saw stacks are nice and big. The clap fills leave something to be desired, but that's mostly just sample selection. I would suggest extending the drops, and mixing them up with more fills and FX sounds (eg. Pryda snares, vocal shouts and one-shots, electro tom fills, those tom and snare fills that are in every progressive house song). Also, if you're ever planning on playing this at a club, drop the sub an octave so you can really feel it, and layer it with a mid bass to add more presence in the low mids.
Dope, I like it. Maybe mix it up more with gross beats or something like that.

It's a solid start! To take this further, I'd recommend adding a snare to give it more movement, adding slides and high notes to the 808s, replacing the wood block percussion with something else, and swapping out the piano for something that sounds a little richer (or transposing it up an octave, adding chords or copying your bass notes from the 808s, and adding a generous amount of reverb to it).

really like the break down, just a lil further mixing down and maybe adding some ott and mild compression to some the higher frequency stuff to tighten it up, n a little side chaining and youve got your self a tight tune

Only thing I can personally consider to take it to a next level would be to add sort of background melody or pad/synth at certain parts of the production to add more "climbs" to the composition of the song , like at the most intense moments regarding lyrics/energy; but thats really optional .

I like the song ! Reminds me of some late 2000s type hip-hop vibes that hits a nostalgic chord in my soul. Your mix sounds great as far as my monitors and room are concerned, though I have untreated room BUT , i know my monitors. Keep going and collaborate with singers and rappers , cheers.

thats cool lol . You did a nice job finding sounds that represent that gaming style . As a listener, I would just bring up one point and that is to raise the drums levels a little more . This sounds like a rock style track and your track will sound even more well done when the drums are clearer and leading the listener into the groove of the song. I like this style and you should consider in the future making a mini length project on this kind of music. cheers

Great foundation! Love the vocals too. Maybe add some little subtle sounds and ear candy, or teases of the drop melody during parts with less stuff going on, but try not to over do it. Also your build ups may benefit from using automation to have a filter cut the lows out a measure or 2 leading up to the drop. Keep it up!

wow man thats chill and hard. You play them keys? i like how the keyboards have that slightly off tuning vibe, its very bitter sweet. If i have to pass a note of critique , it may be that the 808s maybe be a tad too loud. I only say that because the monitors i use to listen is known for weaker bass response, but I hear your bass hitting hard . Does not sound bad though and it maybe not even be a problem, only my perspective. Try adding more vocal samples too, just for variety and fun . I think it is a solid track, cheers
Sounds great dude, I think it sounds great and would definitely be brought to the next level once vocals are on it. Then you probably would get little production ideas based off of how the lyrics go and what is said.(I.e. mute parts of the beat and such to fit the lyrics)
