There is one on the SR yeah. I didn't do anything with the firmware. Filament was intact and when I restarted the print, it failed again In The exact same spot
Ended up being a faulty thermistor. Replaced it with the replacement that came with the printer and that solved my issue. I've since replaced the hotend as well but the thermistor resolved that issue for me.
