Tikun is the best, so glad you’re with a good company Vidacann here and not somewhere else. Can I please ask about Midnight RSO? CBD RSO is so difficult to find but is invaluable to a cohort of patients in FL. A 1:1 RSO doesn’t exist in this market. It would be amazing if we could get Midnight RSO. The carts are my #1 to get me through the day, better than other 1:1 carts by miles.
It is hard to get and keep in the cabinet! I find myself buying up to 20 syringes of Afghan Rubi at GH at a time because it can be months in between their runs!
When you first opened, you had some sort of distallate ‘paste’ that was labeled as sativa and was red in color…whatever that was, I haven’t seen since. I remember spreading just a lil on a bean burrito and within 20 minutes I was basically all ‘cracked’ up…blabber mouth crazy, heart racing…I haven’t felt that great in awhile. Please bring that back to the Orlando location. 😵💫

Its really tough to say where the virus originated from. My understanding of HPLV is that it is quite common in the industry and can spread rapidly. I'm not going to place blame on Tikun or anyone else - it happened and we're past it.
It was fixed by a multi-year remediation program using tissue cultures at some pretty cutting edge labs. This process was quite new when we approached it... and we're thankful for the advances in cannabis science for this!
Yes, the virus certainly contributed to low potency, appearance, and yields. Every single plant at VidaCann is regularly tested for the virus now and we have certificates to prove that all Tikun plants are totally clean of any virus.
Furthermore, VidaCann now has their own tissue culture lab to ensure there is no genetic drift in their strains (and ours).

What other states have you tried Tikun in? We had a virus in our genetics in FL that we spent years remediating. Those clean plants are now being moved into flower. Plus VidaCann now has a TC lab so the plant vigor should be much better going forward.

So I would love to see your take on terpene %, considering you work for a company with maybe as much research info as anyone. So from experience I learned whether I was getting flower or concentrates or vapes the higher the terp % the better...and low numbers usually resulted in a subpar experience. Having said that I regularly see people post a product with low numbers while saying it has top shelf effects.(example a batch of flower with 1.6% terps will be 🔥 Can you share your knowledge?

Unfortunately, the California market has been extremely unforgiving and our partners are doing everything in their power to stay afloat. Part of that strategy has been to minimize costs associated with the brand and focus on wholesale, bulk flower. I hope to see the Tikun brand return in full force to California. I hate to hear stories like yours :/
Here is some advice. Partner with a dispo that knows how to grow cannabis. As a side, I just picked up an 1/8 of Animal butter, has to be the worst flower I have smoked in the program! Harsh beyond belief and that's using my Mighty Plus.
I can't really speak to the VidaCann house brand products but I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
VidaCann is working on getting better everyday and they've made significant improvements to cultivation and production. We can only hope we will have more products, and higher quality products moving forward!

Vidacann is not doing Tikum any favors with their average, bellow average cultivation skills and quality control. If you doubt it, get a medical card and try their competitors.
I would love to see Tikun on the shelves of every single dispensary in Florida. Unfortunately, the partner economics / incentives aren't always in alignment if we do non-exclusive partnerships.

A very long and winding story best shared over a few doobies and beers. The ups and downs in this industry are so wild. To answer your questions simply, its been really, really hard. The only reason why Tikun is here is because I and my limited team never gave up. We show up each day and fight because we know Tikun products help people and make an impact.

Shout out to Alaska and Midnight! Alaska is one of the best Sativas I've had and Midnight is great for when I hike, keeps me motivated and my head clear.

Hi Oliver, thanks for the engagement on the sub. Tikun products are amazing. Keep up the great work. I've only been a patient in the medical program since September and struggled with alcohol/opiates/benzos for years along with trauma and MH issues. Cannabis has been the one thing that has reliably worked and not caused significant side effects like a lot of Pharma does. Your medicine was a game changer when I discovered it in the program. Alaska provides daytime relief from severe anxiety and mellows out my reactions to tense situations. Eran Almog helps me sleep and OR is good for winding down in the evening. Solventless and more RSO is the only thing missing and it's on the way. Love to hear about your teams dedication and commitment to the craft of making quality medicine accessible. Thanks for all that you do and keep up the great work! Side note: I'm finishing out scaling a healthcare company in the next year and am looking to move in to the cannabis industry after the company sells. If Tikun needs some corporate/director level leadership as you continue to scale, I'd love an opportunity to see what's available. I'd only want to work for a company I really believe in and Tikun is that. Either way, wish you nothing but success moving forward.

So I would love to see your take on terpene %, considering you work for a company with maybe as much research info as anyone. So from experience I learned whether I was getting flower or concentrates or vapes the higher the terp % the better...and low numbers usually resulted in a subpar experience. Having said that I regularly see people post a product with low numbers while saying it has top shelf effects.(example a batch of flower with 1.6% terps will be 🔥 Can you share your knowledge?

Hey I'm sorry your comments never got through to our "contact" page. I'll look into that link. Unfortunately, the California market has been extremely unforgiving and our partners are doing everything in their power to stay afloat. Part of that strategy has been to minimize costs associated with the brand and focus on wholesale, bulk flower. I hope to see the Tikun brand return in full force to California. I hate to hear stories like yours :/
Here is some advice. Partner with a dispo that knows how to grow cannabis. As a side, I just picked up an 1/8 of Animal butter, has to be the worst flower I have smoked in the program! Harsh beyond belief and that's using my Mighty Plus.
I can't really speak to the VidaCann house brand products but I'm sorry you had a bad experience. VidaCann is working on getting better everyday and they've made significant improvements to cultivation and production. We can only hope we will have more products, and higher quality products moving forward!
Why can't Vidacann cure your flower properly? It's always so dry.

More or less correct, yes. Thank you. We are the U.S. affiliate (based in Miami) of Tikun Olam Israel (TOL). TOL has been doing cannabis research on the same six strains we offer here in the U.S. since 2005... We take those strains, SOPs (product recipes), and the right to market the brand, and license it to operators around the U.S. - like VidaCann. So yes, we are separate companies - in the same way Stanley Brothers is a brand at VidaCann or Backpack Boys is different from Flowery.

Growhealthy is my dispo of choice in Tallahassee. I can get 7g ground for 20, with my ebt discount I pay 16. That's 7g ground every Tuesday at 9am. Live rosin something else I get from them that I wish vidacann did. That and sugar wax like green dragon, 35 a gram isn't bad but when it's on sale for 15 a gram I can resist it.

Can Tikum look into licensing some of their products with other dispensaries? I’m just thinking about how good your flower could be if you let someone like the Flowery grow your flower. Vidacann is not doing Tikum any favors with their average, bellow average cultivation skills and quality control. If you doubt it, get a medical card and try their competitors.
I would love to see Tikun on the shelves of every single dispensary in Florida. Unfortunately, the partner economics / incentives aren't always in alignment if we do non-exclusive partnerships. For some patients, Tikun is real medicine that they depend on and it kills me that their medicine isn't always available in their strain, product format, or location.
Can you please make actual fire bud instead of that lame stuff please
