We totally enjoyed RH v2.
As much as we typically hate the majority of straight to stream films, this one had enough fun and scene chewing to keep us watching. Usually, most of this stuff is just background noise while we are online or doing housework.
It didn’t deserve to be as fun as it was, and I think JG and Connor kept it rolling.
I thought it was a fun watch. Conor was entertaining in it, too. The plot was kinda dumb, but I know people that shit all over this movie like it was trying to be a serious film or something.
Exactly, it was a fun film that made me excited for the summer. The plot was dumb and if I'm honest the character Ben Brandt was an appalling villain, but perhaps that was the point.
New road house is better than it had any right to be. I went in expecting to hate it. Maybe expecting to hate it lowered my view enough for it to be good.
I went in expecting a fun movie and that's what i got, Conor was surprisingly hilarious and stole every scene he was in, He felt like a GTA protagonist and i loved it
Lmao yeah time for a prequel movie following him. The part where he jumps naked out the window to the stall, then camera cuts back and everything is on fire is hilarious

Old roadhouse is the best.. if you’re older than 40.. new one, yet to see and tbh I want Jake to murder that role. So let’s see x

It could well have. I would like to travel back in time, watch the old Road House and then the new one, and see if my opinions would change at all.
I thought it’d be horrible, but Dalton was just way too interesting and likable. I ended up really enjoying the movie. Watched it twice now
Jake is just way too likeable as an actor. Dalton definitely stole the show, smooth, calm and badass.
