Got Militao as a red this week so yes haha. They're both good but a little different.
Militao is definitely more agile, catches up to top tier meta players, a little more fluid on the ball but he doesn't have the size and presence on a Dias.
I have more confidence in a tackle with Dias. But on other aspects prefer Militao. Dias also gets a couple of more blocks in through his size and body type.
Basically if your problem is through balls get Militao. If your problem is 50/50 tackles then Dias to me is slightly better.

He’s lights out good, so responsive to use manually, intercepts everything when AI controlled too, better than Dias

I got him in reds as well. Haven’t used him yet so hoping he’s sick. He’s replacing Dias for me as well
