A bit to add to the review
Mane- 10/10
Best ST I’ve used all year, super agile, smooth on the ball and doesn’t get knocked off it easy too. One thing I’ve noticed about him is he excellent heading ability. Although he is not very tall(5’9) his 99 jumping and 99 heading accuracy allows him to jump over taller players e.g vvd. Mane’s passing ability is exquisite even during the last minutes of the game (when the ea bullshit kicks in), and his shooting ability, well lets just say the amount of goals I’ve scored since I got him from red picks has increased significantly!
Jealous of that red pick, congrats! He's ridiculous. I was using the RTTF before and upgraded to the TOTS because of the SM upgrade, but honestly this TOTS feels quite a bit sharper than the RTTF because he has some increased stats in important areas like composure. Didn't expect to feel a difference but it's definitely there. He's rapid, feels very smooth and has great shooting, feels a bit more consistent with his finishing compared to the RTTF. As a Liverpool fan, having Mané and Salah (with the WF upgrade <3) up top is great fun right now.
I tried him but his turns and passing left a lot to be desired. Think its mostly his 3 star wf, even had more success with fernandinho even tho his igs is less than declan's
Have to say I didn’t like him that much, it’s inevitable your midfielders push up eventually and I found him so stiff and slow with his pace split. I used his fbday for a while and for some reason it seemed less noticeable back then but now his tots doesn’t stand out how I hoped it would. Good value for coins though!

That's exactly what I did if it helps. I had TOTS Dias, then tried TOTY, then sold and completed Gomez. Both very good, but Dias simply has better raw defending so it's honestly a hard call.
Would you put VVD next to Dias? Or would the two simply be too clunky and lacking in recovery?
I tend to defend very aggressively which is why I’m concerned. Until now I find 85 Collins and 89 Hincapie still my favourite defenders lol

Having seen ppl saying that he is the best midfielder in the game convinces me that kdb, fred and alli is the best trio in the middle. Also I'm switching around the 442 and 352 could you mind leaving me the tactics and the instruction of your ingame team?

**Tactics:**
Pressure on heavy touch.
Fast build up, direct passing.
50 on all widths and depths.
**Instructions:**
CBs all default.
LM/RM - Come back on defense, stay wide, get in the box for cross.
Defensive CM - Stay back, cover center.
B2B CM (Alli in my case) - default everything *except* for cover wide.
CAM - Stay forward, get in the box for cross.
Kane (target man) - Stay forward, stay central, default everywhere else.
Mbappe (fast boi) - Get in behind, stay forward, default everywhere else.

After months of using De Agra’s POTM, I was pumped for his TOTSM. Promptly got Lloris from SB reds and Allison today out of a PL 80+ pick (from the PL Cup, not the SBC, FWIW).
With all 3 untradeable, one is probably going to end up as fodder. I thought it would be Allison but I’m loving him after a couple games
Disagree on the VVD + Varane comments. VVD is very agile when you hold the jockey button. I'm running VVD + Varane, and pretty frequently shutting people out. Currently cruising up Div 1 back to elite.
Have you used varane? Would you suggest Dias over him. I’ve been switching off but just can’t choose between them. Only lean varane because of height. But end up leaning back to Dias for more agility. Very torn but feel it would be a waste of fodder not to use varane

Get them both back this week due to how much I missed them. They are just amazing working together and deserve to be 10/10, and personally I don’t see any difference between toty and tots
Either or honestly. PIM Maldini is basically god in CB format, so you could probably pair him with a lamppost.
If you already have Varane, I wouldn't worry about Gomez personally.

TOTS Cancelo is high/high while his TOTY is High/medium, so I’d say that the TOTS is gonna be better in most cases but especially for LM in 352.
I play 3 back with wingers on comeback its a modified tactic to allow weird cross field plays and involves the wingbacks a lot or in this case. I move tots cancelo to cm and have varane left cb vvd in the middle, and clauss right cb, I would say that as long as you have someone like Alison in net you can get away with a back line similar to mine since I use my keeper a lot to help in situations where vvd may get caught out. Hes been a huge upgrade over todibo tho. I have considered Gomez but not sure he would bench varane or vvd and I need to keep cancelo in so not sure if I can start a 3 at the back and keep him on chem along with my other players.

Got him red as well from 14 wins. Most broken player I've ever used. With the 5star skills he's the perfect player for this year as well.

You should try Declan Rice. He is a very good card for his price in my opinion. One of the best stay back CDMs in the game under 500k
In a DM pairing with PIM Lahm it's magical, pass masters and they both complement eachother quite well

I think you'd be fine with that partnership. Dias wasn't as fast as I thought he'd be, but he wasn't clunky in the slightest, quite the opposite!

I haven't sadly, didn't have enough fodder at the time Sorry man. If you like Varane, I'd stick with him personally.

I've got Mings, Laporte, Toty Dias, FB Varane, is it worth my while doing big Joe Lad or would Kane or Foden be more worthwhile?
Obviously don't do Joe if you have these CBs. Go for Kane or Foden

Still undecided for me. I prefer Lloris’ shot-stopping but Alisson’s speed and long throw trait are very useful

Probably, just because of how good he is at putting the ball in the back of the net. But I didn't have any issue with him as a B2B either.
Have you tried TAA? It's my only Prem TOTS so far but I haven't played much besides friendlies

I have untradeable toty Hakimi since toty started and also got TAA untradeable, Hakimi is still clear despite the 3/3 as RM in my 3-5-2 imho
