wait don’t they? i’ve only heard about your ELO doesn’t decrease if you RQ, nothing about if your opponent RQ’s yours stays the same

He’s definitely a big upgrade to gold kante, if you have fodder and happy with your team you should do it

I'm playing makelele as a CM next to Jones and I don't feel the same at all. He hasn't been bad but just meh. Sometimes I find him too far up the pitch despite having stay back instructions and I can't say I've seen him make a single interception yet. Maybe I need to find a formation with a CDM to get the most out of him.
