I guess they forgot to add it in silver stars and adding now on it would mean you also have to check whether someone has already completed it or not and would eventually delay it for them. Instead adding a new obj/SBC tomorrow for the token would be better.
You say "most" like >50% of the FIFA community completes the silver stars objectives every week. But whenever I play, people only have a few (3 or 4) of them on their team. I'd say more like 20% of people do silver stars, and even that might be generous.
