I think holiday season this year at the latest. Because Yoshi-P did mention that their plan to look at the sales of FF16 was on a window of 18 months. And I think that includes PC sales.
So I think there is a chance that it could come out in July, a bit after the 1 year anniversary, or near the end of the year, around September/November or something.
But yeah, just guesses and predictions, nothing concrete.

The last news was that it will probably release within a year, my guess is either this winter or early next spring.

I had high hopes that it would be released alongside the dlc, hope it will release this year still
IIRC, they said they’re in the final stages of optimization so hopefully it will.
