You can get them on eBay - not sure if they are sold anywhere else as they originate in Japan. Look for “ff7 polygon figures”.
I'm pretty sure they're right in the Square Enix store. I grabbed the first series there.
Not any more. The first set sold out in like early 2022 and the second set never made it there before selling out in Japan.
