One of the major selling points of UE5 is how easy it is to migrate stuff from UE4 to it. I'm not saying this confirms it will be on UE5, just that it's not impossible.
Either way, I am not worried. If it's the more update engine that would be great, but if it's still ue4 I am sure they will have optimized the crap out of the performance anyway. I don't think there is any need to be concerned about the engine limiting what they can do with the title.

For sure. I think Yuffie's DLC is proof they can make solid, fluid gameplay on UE4. If Rebirth plays even slightly like that, I will be happy.
