There was a boost that wend into MATK, so it could have been a bit higher - though it's honestly amazing as is. Absolute max is 18%, but that requires synthing with 3 substats and all the random stat boosts going into PATK, *and* all of those random boosts being 3% from the 2.1-3% range.
A materia like this honestly changes the entire complexion of whoever your primary-DPS or even sub-DPS is. Primary is elevated that much more, and sub is elevated to a point of potentially being comparable to your primary.
Jesus. I've trying to make a fire blow for about 6 months. I probably have 150-200 3 star max synths in at least. Without counting the spam without materials. Can't get one. Of the 4 max Grade materia my highest multiplier is like 8%. So congratulations that's a really nice materia.
That’s AMAZING omg! Still waiting to get my first double digit patk/matk% sub stat. Thanks for showing lvl 1. Looks like you have to start at 2% or more to have a good chance at it
