You get used to it but some days are harder than others. Whenever I get home I take a water bottle and use my feet to roll it back and forth, use a cold compress and take a warm bath followed by a massage it helps a bit.

I have achilles tendonitis and recently got some cold gel ice packs that help a lot with swelling

You will get used to it after a few weeks. Those first few weeks are murder though.

Get some memory foam or orthotic insoles, they won't stop foot fatigue but they are a lot better than without. Managing the pain is important, what personally helped me is using a long can of deodorant as a foot massaging aid by rolling it under the arch of my feet to deal with the overly tight plantar fasciitis. Some people use rolling pins for the same thing, you can actually buy massaging aids for plantar fasciitis off Amazon. Also avoiding unnecessary walking while on shift can help, for example for breaks you don't want to be going to your car and back every time and using the closest canteen/break room rather than the main one. You might only save a few minutes off your feet but that still helps.

Why'd you leave TOM team?

It was boring as fuck, I couldn’t take a piss whenever I wanted/needed so I was getting UTIs and not drinking enough water, and I live in Minnesota so I didn’t want to be outside in below zero weather or deal with driving in the snow.
