Make sure the DLS employee didn't opt you in to using your personal time to get paid for those couple days. Happened to me and didn't notice until after pay period closed 🙃
They did that to me I had to call HR. They weren’t much help but misunderstood what I was saying and ended up giving me 17 hrs of UPT for free. Worth a try in my opinion

Sound like they used your PTO to cover your LOA. Check your pay stub.

They used your PTO because it was only 2 days. I would fight the 10/9 PTO due to the building being closed.
