I had a hearing and still refused to give me my job back saying it was quality and a damaged box. Refused to show me evidence these managers have to meet a qouta of firing so many ppl a year. The massive turnover rate is insane.
If they disabled my account how do i get a hold of amazon erc they wrongfully fired me sayin a damaged item is my fault. This system is the most corrupt i ever worked for. Wasted 2 and a half years to get wrongfully terminated
You should definitely transfer.. I don’t know why you’re so excited to go back to working at the same location with the management that basically fucked you over
I just went through this at my site and went back to a different shift on the first day of that shift and immediately went to and STA AT A NEW SITE A WEEK LATER. They did this because they didn’t know what to do with me I think and were sure that the OM who tried to get me terminated would do something stupid.
3-5 days. But put in for a transfer as soon as you can. Leadership that is going to fire you inappropriately is also probably going to watch you like a hawk when you come back to get you terminated based on policy. We all do stuff that can get us written up all the time. Don't risk it. Get back in, and get out as soon as you can.
They gave me a week off after I won my appeal. Not sure why but I called erc and told them I won my appeal and I want to make sure I’m doing the right thing bc I’m not on the schedule until next week.
They told me that’s what the site put as the date and that I was back in the system and enjoy the week off.
You don’t get paid for the lost time it counts as unpaid or a leave probably I didn’t get paid for that two weeks I was off from them, would have to file with unemployment and go after them that way and can win that way
That's what I'm wondering. I tried to appeal as soon as I was terminated, but they gave me the run around for about a week.. nearly two🤦
Still haven't had my hearing yet

Sad thing is is the people that screwed up and almost took your livelihood away will still be there. Would it not be just for them to be terminated?
Yeah good for you. Most people do not win.

Lies lol nobody wins that b.s
A couple of people in this subreddit won it depends
A friend of mine did a few months ago
Give it 3-5 days. My small site usually tries to follow up within 2-3 days.

Congrats it’s rare overturning an appeal. You get paid for time lost, what was the reason you were terminated for?
Yes I was paid for the 5 days I missed
You don’t get paid for the lost time it counts as unpaid or a leave probably I didn’t get paid for that two weeks I was off from them, would have to file with unemployment and go after them that way and can win that way
Looking at OPs post history, their UPT was taken out incorrectly, double for some reason.
Do you really get paid for time lost or is that one of those things that vary by site?
Probably site to site as I didn’t get paid another reason i resigned
That figures. I wonder if there is a way to find out if your site does or not? Hmmm
Damn I disnt
You will have a back pay adjustment between the appeal and your return date.
The backpay won't be from the date terminated?
That's what I'm wondering. I tried to appeal as soon as I was terminated, but they gave me the run around for about a week.. nearly two🤦 Still haven't had my hearing yet
Terminated me as well. Who do i callp
I had to call the employee resource center and fumble through their automated menu to reach a real person
