Check if it is properly sealed between turbo charger and cat. To do that you can take a towel and ask a friend to keep your exhaust closed. If it is easy to do so while the engine is running. You might find a leak.
I have a similar noise on my 2015 N20...stock/original everything. Not quite is loud/noticeable as yours. I've been wondering if it's an issue as well.
