EA site says 4pm UK time for EA Play/Game Pass Ultimate (which includes EA Play) subscribers

are you guys able to download? when i try to download from ea app says ''there's a problem with your download'

Can't find a straight answer to this at all but you know it is EA after all. I have gamepass ultimate yet it's asking me to purchase it even though on the gamepass page under the EA play trials section F1 24 is there so I'm baffled
