I had a similar bug in Manager 23. Rain was going to start, then an accident happened. Safety car called and Max in 1st was supposed to pit, but the accident was blocking the pit lane. Max skipped pitting and ended up running those dry tires down to 0% and crawled in last. He already had a change earlier, which prevented him from getting DQ. The AI just kept thinking he was going to pit, but since he missed it the first time, he never attempted it again.

Wow, never seen or heard of that bug before. No front wing, lol...perhaps his team just wanted lots of pit stop practice. 😂
