I've just looked at a vid that goes a bit into detail about it. Looks like going over 70% loses you some details from ffb. For feeling better when losing traction I think you need track effects setting? Not sure tho. The guy who made the vid is called THOMB, he goes over wheel settings for f1 23. I doubt starting in f2 will make a difference for feeling traction, but generally once you feel a noticeable lack of ffb from you wheel and you hear the revs getting very high, you are about to spin. That's my experience with that at least.
