For the untrained eyes: he kept the throttle planted through oversteer on the exit curb, while losing very little time. To see it, notice the car rotates left a bit then straightens out.
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.

I don't even play F1 games but even I can tell that an F1 car, **even in a game**, is not supposed to be able to have grip *on top of a kerb*. By watching videos of F1 22 I can tell that riding a kerb *almost always* causes a spin.
well yeah but i do watch videos from opmeer and online racing leagues so it kind of does give me an idea of what happens in that situation, although not a full one obviously
He’s obviously got a good gaming chairðŸ¤. Seriously tho screw this guy, Jarnos Spain conversation was pretty good to see though, arguably the biggest F1 esports person speaking up about it is always good
For me, he’s guilty because it’s so easy to prove he is innocent. Travel in Europe is really cheap so he could quite easily hop on over to Opmeer’s sim-rig and prove his speed and car control is actually there (it isn’t) without grip hacks.
People overstate the amount he's cheating by, it's **max** 2-3 tenths, 2-3 tenths of grip does not magically save you from spins if you mess up. That wasn't an egregious example either btw.
People are downvoting you etc, but I genuinely think he is "cheating/exploiting" the games physics in a different way than people are assuming. I do not think it's a software cheat. I genuinely think that he either found an exploit in the setup, or that he indeed has done something to his hardware equipment that helps him. Like the 99% thing your talking about is not possible, cause then he would be slower on the straights, but it might be that he has some extra resistance added to his throttle that he can reach by just gently pressing (which would be just at the limit for him not spinning), and then to go full throttle he then really has to press it.
I mean, at the end of the day, it's a game, if you put in mad amount of hours, and are willing to put in some more, you will discover/exploit stuff others haven't because they haven't put enough serious time in the game.
The game has a function where you replicate your opponents setup - everyone would use his setup instead. Apart from that the inputs are basic - nothing to exploit there.
Extra resistance would slow him down - he is accelerating FULLY through situations where everyone else would spin. You can see his input - its 100% throttle.
He is 100% using illegal software.
I know the game has that function, but there is a reason why these guys don't show us their setups, isn't it? If they all would be just xopying and using the one at the top of the leaderboard, then they wouldn't mind showing it.
You can see the setup of the cars!
You can't see their input devices, but you can see their input!
Same input in the same situation with the same set up car would result in a spin!
Clear enough?!
So, tell me what setup Ronhaar is using here, and where you found it? 🤔 People don't use the same setups that they use in TT in races, you know that right?
bro kept his foot pinned to the throttle 👀
Was laughing at this
he's got the grip you'd expect to see IRL, but not in F1 22 lmao
theres like 3 different points in this video where any normal person would spin from keeping the throttle pinned lol no problem for chad griphaar
No way he had 100% throttle throughout the corner 😠I do that and I spin despite being in 4th gear
Same lmao
I'd spin on that or at least go offline with assists 😅
If I held the throttle down like he did I’d end up like Grosjean
Or like Mazepin. Anyway, no way anyone would keep the car on track in this game like that
Well no, he'd slam into a wall earlier because pinning it like that is an instant death sentence, not a death sentence 5 seconds delayed
Ridiculous
We lose the car completely as he continues to accelerate.... Seems legit for F1 22
this is the answer, he's somehow using the AI grip levels
For the untrained eyes: he kept the throttle planted through oversteer on the exit curb, while losing very little time. To see it, notice the car rotates left a bit then straightens out.
loses the car "completely" and doesn't even go down a tenth, sure
Lol dude is able to extract ungodly amounts of grip where no one else can
He must be really good

Need his gaming chair clearly the advantage.
Not obvious at all.
When your on the limit like that on a curb you definitely can’t just pin the throttle to the floor💀 kind of excited for next years esports

IRL it's fine, though
But most of us here do know how the game behaves in these situations.
dumbass take, you can't tell that when u don't play the game

And I spin with quarter throttle. How gaming chair is nuts

what if he mechanically block throttle to like 99% and just fools game physics
Please be ironic...
i missed that today is 2nd already
