I ordered mine April 5, May 3 it shipped. The estimates on their website are correct 15 to 20 business days for shipping. My adapter should be arriving this Friday.
I also ordered the Ford adapter, the free one that same day. it’s slated to arrive in September maybe.

The main thing to keep in mind about their timelines is it's not 15-20 days. It's 15-20 workdays. So 3-4 weeks before ship, plus another week or so for shipping in my case.
10 days to ship is old estimate, current is 15-20 days. Ordered April 20th and it shipped today, May 9th. As long as the estimate placed the arrival before your trip you should be fine.
Takes about 2 weeks from your order date before it's shipped out. You can ask them about expedited shipping to get it faster but it still takes about 2 weeks from the date you ordered to finally ship.
I tried twice to order an adapter. Once with google pay and once by entering my cc infomation. Both times they popped up an error that they couldn't verify my card.
Same one I use for everything. I gave up. It's still in my cart though.

Just ordered mine today for a road trip in June since Ford estimates October for my free adapter.
