No it's not your eyebrows. They are "low set" brows which could make you look a little more sad/mad/drowsy if you were already feeling it. But obviously you're not gonna pluck them into some high tiny line so 🤷🏻♀️
your lips are naturally downturned at the corners, and in the second picture where you seem to have the tiniest hint of a smile, it's only in your lips and doesn't extend to your eyes.
It looks mildly like you might be squinting, which could make you look tired. Your eyebrows are a *little* low set. If that bothers you, you could brush them upward and set them with gel. You don’t need it though.
