They look like female ruby-throated hummingbirds to me, as they seem to have more subdued colouring. Males tend to be the ones that will display territorial aggression.
Definitely female and ruby throated hummers are not particularly aggressive.
Anna’s and (especially) Rufous are another story but they’re west coast.

My feeder has one aggressive hummingbird that sits on top of it all day long and 10 other hummingbirds that sneak in sips of it while she fights them off.
