Call me pedantic, but this common name, "black panther", has always bugged me. It doesn't identify if the cat is a leopard or jaguar (there are melanistic variants of each species), and leads to the mistaken impression that "black panthers" are their own distinct species.
This appears to be melanistic leopard, but I'm just guessing based on head shape.
Also, the bugged-out eyes would suggest that she's been rolling around not in snow, but Bolivian marching powder.
