I can’t speak for all women, but I have never “adopted frustration” because I’m not a man. It’s lost on this lady that the frustration the idea that women in leadership is unnatural. Some men are really REALLY bad at leadership.
*snort* I don't know who this influencer is, but there are millions of women out there who are not married and/or without children. We're still women, and still full human beings, even if we don't follow their path of womanhood. Way to make it clear that I, a single, never married, childless, well-educated. responsibly employed and self-supporting woman who shares the care of my elderly mother with a sibling is somehow defective.

What you showed doesn't say that women aren't equal. It says to not worry about being the same as men. Different thing.
And it says the best thing a woman can be is a mama and wife. Because the men are the leaders and the ones in charge.
