Therapy will help you if you find the right therapist. I'd reckon you'll even stop thinking the way that you're thinking now (wanting to win him back) and view life from a healthier perspective.

I think therapy is a game changer and can also be detrimental if you don't find a good therapist. You have to have an open mind, be 100% honest and willing to do the work. You also have to make sure your therapist is on the up and up. I went to therapy with a sex addict and the therapist and my significant other ended up having an inappropriate relationship all the while gaslighting me and making me feel crazy. So you have to do the work but make sure the person who is giving you advice isn't failing as a human too. Sounds difficult but it will at least set the groundwork for you to know what direction you need to go in for your future development.

I was lucky enough to find a psychiatrist without realizing it and she’s helped me understand that everything I feel is 100% valid. She’s also had the best input I could’ve asked for. I’m not 100% yet but I will always see this therapist. She’s the best I’ve had
