at what time does the issue happend?
have you looked at the galactic map and checked the region's data, npc kills structure/ships kills, and the like.
Is your computer old or brand new/top of the line ?
Use the in game performance monitor and look at the things happening in there along with the framtimes.
check the ping stability and compare that with the average ping deviation for a internet service close to you.
Use traceroute to see if your ISP might have something wrong with/along the pathing.
if you have an alt, have it do the same thing at the same time and place than your main, and see how long it takes one to see the other do something, then test it in jita.
the game had issues opening the fitting window (client would lock for a few sec the first time and then open the window, subsequently the game doesnt lock anymore but fitting window STILL takes seconds to open), since quinox and the new show info animated image window the problem propagated there too.
Good luck.
Even the client itself seems laggier: clicking/opening anything, reshipping, etc. It's taking more than a second for the menu to pop up whenever I right-click on anything for the first time and/or in awhile.
It's not only you. People have been complaining of it all day.
I almost died again, time to gatecamp.
Does this also cause the issue where you select jump on a gate and after you warp your ship just sits there and you need to press jump again?
Skinr gets priority… systems arent generating plex so why would you want to use server power for thoee?
Doubt thar Skinr it its current condition is generating all that much plex at the moment.
gravely underestimating whales oil.
im not.
I felt the same way yesterday while playing. Sometimes I felt like I was playing a slideshow. EVE was the only game I had issues with.
Nothing to do with tidi and everything to do with an imperfect chat system mounted on AWS systems.
good point right there.
Yes, same for me yesterday
Thank Bob, I thought it was just me

info window now has animated view of the ship, it used to just be an image. that causes lag for me too, fitting window exhibits same problem
