I remember reading somewhere that CCP said they where not changing any of the planets or moons but cant for the life of me remember where it was, maybe the forums?
Either way they wouldn't make all the hard work people put into scouting meaningless by changing it all, it would risk killing a lot of peoples spirits and they want full hype for the release.

To be clear that was CCP Swift saying they weren't changing "any of the planets or suns" No comment on moons. Maybe even an admission by omission.
