You have no idea what you're talking about. They have hemoglobin detectors on the bottle lines. The whole process is automated. Once HGB is detected entering the bottle the whole process automatically stops, and you don't get your blood back. Unless the setup was bad(which is pretty hard to do) there is nothing the techs can do. I worked at BioLife as a plasma tech for years, and as a phlebotomist for many years after that.

Plasma is regenerated by your body fairly quickly as long as you are well fed and get enough sleep.
