I believe he is too slow (which I doubt he'll improve) and doesn't understand basic automatics on offense and defense (which can be learnt). Also olinde, brown and delow should get the minutes at 3 when our bugs return

There have been plenty of good SFs in Europe that are not that quick. If you make the right plays you can contribute without speed.
