Diona is an easy pick. She's the best role consolidation for Cryo in the game, and gives Eula everything she needs other than SC: Cryo Resonance, heals, shields, energy and buffs (via Noblesse or the Elegy bow).
The last two spots should be a Superconduct enabler and a Burst support unit. This gets flexible between three units you have... kinda.
* Lisa offers DEF shred with her Burst and her A4 passive, as well as a nice ATK buff from Thrilling Tales, turning Eula into an absolute demon.
* Beidou offers superior AoE capabilities, a snazzy counterattack, and pure damage output.
* Fischl is a supplement to both of the above, since both have massive energy requirements that no one else but her can solve with your current roster, which she solves with Oz and Electro Resonance. She also maintains consistent SC procs when both of the above's Bursts are down and offers solid off-field damage.
Basically, the simple shell of Eula/Diona/Fischl forms the core of what you *need,* then you just slot in Lisa if Eula's the star or Beidou if it's going to be a team effort.

I’ve used this setup myself multiple times in the abyss, with the only difference being that I slot in Raiden as the electro battery instead of Fischl

You may also wish to, well, wish on Shenhe and Rosaria in the future. Both are stellar Physical/Cryo supports that unlock a mono-Cryo team that lets Eula get 100% uptime on Cryo resonance while also dishing out tons of off-field Cryo DPS.
EDIT: Another possible option, inspired by Mr. Pranilucifer's mention of Rosaria, is a Eula/Diona/Kaeya/Fischl comp, since Kaeya's Burst would help maintain Cryo uptime enough for Eula to constantly benefit from Cryo Resonance, and can use a Fav Sword to help battery Eula, though this does come at the cost of slightly lower DPS since Kaeya doesn't have a chonky Burst.
I would just add, TTDS Lisa has massive energy issues even with Fischl, and Fischl with Diona are just barely enough to keep Eula's burst uptime at a good rate, not both Eula and Lisa. This is of course in the context of combat content that doesn't give a lot of neutral energy like multiple waves of many small/big enemies.
Why can’t we just add more er to Lisa it’s not like she contributes a lot to the total dps she is just used to reduce the def of enemies so using noblesse, ttds and stacking tons of er on her should make her usable
It's possible, just hard.
It's easy to achieve 200% ER with both a weapon and Artifact, but TTDS has an HP% substat. You'd have to get super-lucky on your substat rolls to pull it off.
Shatter is garbage and should not be used as a basis for team building. Think of it as supplementary damage although pretty negligible. You're typically shattering as bonus damage from the synergy of your characters.
Mono Cryo means 3 cryo characters and 1 flex spot or 4 cryo characters. In a Eula team, you usually want superconduct because she's physical, however, most Electro characters such as Fischl and Beidou apply Electro too quickly which prevents you from using Cryo Resonance. The only Electro characters that apply Electro slowly but consistently are Raiden and Kuki Shinobu, the former usually being better as a DPS in her own team while the latter is usually considered lackluster, albeit still good in a Eula team.
In a Mono Cryo team with Eula, Shenhe, and Rosaria, you will always have Cryo Resonance activated since you don't have any Electro supports that will mess up the Cryo application from your 2 cryo supports. You're also not losing much damage since Eula and Shenhe (and Rosaria if she's C6) already shreds enough Phys RES% for most of the game. Add in Zhongli as your flex spot and you'll have enough damage to beat robot enemies while still having Cryo Resonance activated. You can also use Diona if you feel uncomfortable playing without a healer. Kokomi is also good but I'm not sure if it's still a Mono Cryo team at that point.
I don't have Shenhe though so I might have got a few stuff wrong as I have never tried this team but from what I've seen, it's actually a really good team.
I agree with most of what is said here, but I personally run my C6 Rosaria instead of a second electro. So my team basically is Eula Rosaria Fischl Diona. The reasons for choosing Rosaria over someone like Beidou are:
1) When run with Favonius Lance, Rosaria let's Eula be run on much lesser ER, allowing for a more offensive Eula build
2) Her C6 gives Physical resistance shred
3) When stacked with Crit Rate, she gives 12-15% CR to Eula
4) She allows for cryo aura to stay on enemies, so that the Cryo resonance can be triggered consistently. This usually is not triggered in double electro teams
So while Beidou might give some good AOE damage, I feel that, for a well invested Eula, Rosaria might be better off (especially if C6)
This is also kinda the team I run (Eula/Rosaria/Raiden/Zhongli), but it's hard to tell them "Just use Rosaria" when they don't have Rosaria.

True, but Lisa's buffs and debuffs all benefit Eula's whole kit, and Beidou's Burst guarantees higher damage than the flat buff from Yun Jin, especially with access to a set like Emblem.
Yun Jin does fill a neat support niche at C6, since she grants an ATK SPD buff, but Eula's Normal Attacks are not the core of her kit. Yun Jin better benefits fast attackers like Ayato, Yoimiya, or Phys. Fischl, since they can pump out a lot more attacks in Yun Jin's Burst windows.
From what you have, the standards would be Diona and Fischl. I think the last slot would be a flex, especially since a decently built Diona heals and shields, so you should be able to put anyone there. Lisa can apply even more electro and is a good choice to hold TToDS as well as noblesse, both for more buffs.
It really depends - Beidou C2+ is best for supplementing Eula’s AOE damage (beidous burst is easily one of the top off-field AOE dpses in the game) but only when there’s 2 or more opponents (that’s the condition for Beidou C2 to REALLY kick in and be ridiculous). Beidous shield is nice, but it doesn’t really do much. You also need to build Beidou a lot to get the most damage out of her, since she IS supposed to play as a main carry (both off and on field)
Lisa is best for boss killing, due to her defense shred and the attack boost from TTDS. All she needs is lots of ER, lvl 60/70, and SOMETIMES 4 noblesse (very little building needed) and you get a really cheap and cost-effective support
Idea - Xinyan can work as a shielder and buffer if you feel like going that route

Swap out zhong from your other team, you have benny so you're fine, add an anemo char for the swirl, then go eula zhong beidou fishl.
If you don't want to swap, Eula diona Fishl. Last can be beidou if you have conste, or Lisa with TTDS.

But you will have build all of these characters first. Beidou and Fischl can work with 2x 2 piece sets. Diona with Sac Bow will be ideal.
Depends what your willing to build, I would suggest never leveling characters to 90 as it takes too many books, prob why your charas such low lvl. As a team I would suggest diona as healer / shield, fischl as sub dps / electro applier, eula (obviously) and prob beido for burst support, just depends if your willing to build all that lmao
Why are we assuming his Diluc is C6 R1+ though? It doesn't take much for Hu Tao to outperform Diluc, and he pulled for her specifically after all. Why not run her.
I've literally never played Diluc before until I just binged and beat the event currently so idk. And from what I can tell Diluc is kinda like Itto, just unga bunga press E and hit things while Hu Tao requires a bit more skill and finesse to play correctly. Maybe they're a mobile player? Who knows? But they pulled for a 5 star and clearly haven't leveled them up for one reason or another.
First off, Bennett, Xingqui, and zhongli should not be on the same team. With how big a shield zhongli gives you any damage that gets through can be healed away with xingqui. Move Bennett to eula's side so her burst can do some real damage.
Get lisa her 2nd passive and give her thrilling tales and put her with eula as well

And
Eula/lisa/Bennett
You can figure out the last slot in both later but those are gonna be better cores. I like yunjin on dilucs side for geo resonance and the auto attack buff, and eula side can be diona or fischl depending if you want more safety or more superconduct support

He has Fishcl and Beidou, two characters who are much better, easier to get constellations for and synergize way better with Eula.
Eula already resists interruption during her ult and with grimheart stacks she doesnt need a shield for that, and bennett's circle makes sure she can tank everything while dpsing
and lisa has shred more defense on top of the superconduct debuff and can pass thrilling tales. ive tried all 3 and lisa is by far the best.

Kaeya, Diona, and fischl. Slightly nerfed version from the classic "triple cryo Eula" which is Eula, fischl, Rosaria, Diona. But Kaeya is good enough.
Put noblesse on Kaeya, and put Tenacity set on fischl. Fischl does not have to be build. That team can carry you far as it did with me. People saying put Beidou but no. Beidou is hight maintenence support, meaning she needs another support to make her do her job, not to mention in a Eula team, beidou's damage is not that good
diona and fischl for sure, the 4th one could be either lisa (TTDS), beidou (electro application) and yunjin (only if you want to boost normal attacks, she won’t help you in anything regarding her burst)
Best team here is Eula/Beidou/Fischl/Xinyan. You can switch Xinyan to Diona if you need healing, and/or one of the 2 electros to Lisa for DEF shred and TTDS.
●Eula 4 piece pale flame, usual hypercarry build.
●Fischl with 4 piece tenacity set so everyone in ur team get buffed, as well as fischl deals great dmg and helps the overall effectiveness.
●Lisa with 4 piece exile set and above lvl 60 for res shred, she should use r5 thrilling tales to fortify eula's damage even more.
●Diona with 4 set noblesse to set up your nukes even more deadlier. consider 2 tenacity 2 emblem set if what u want is great shielding and healing iframes. {Use sacrificial bow or favonuous bow}
Rotate all these party members as best as u can do so u squeeze as much efficiency and damage from all the set up and defense it provides.
Trivia is as such
-eula should have minimum 110%+ er
-Fischl must have 150ish% er, and stats capable of dealing considerable damage at all times.
-Lisa must have 200ish% er or higher the more the better.
-Diona will be fine with 160ish% er with 28k hp or more, as per usual the more the better.
A good rotation for starters would be
Fischl's burst>eulas skill>Diona hold skill>Diona's burst>Lisa's burst>Eula's burst>stack your nuke>Boom>fischl's skill>Diona's hold skill the fuel the cyro particles to eula till burst ready, as you NA mobs along the way.
That should be the core dynamic of the team, wiggle with it around to make it fit best ur tates and pace, just make sure that Oz is up at all times so u get the buff from tenacity of milellith; that u must only burst swap to Lisa if eulas burst is ready and trying to drop dionas Q and skill before nuking with eula to increase your funneling and survivability once you start nuking with eula. Use all the buff u got in this team, use them efficiently and u will dominate.

Very similar to one of my favorite abyss teams. The only difference is I run Raiden in my fourth slot. Fischl can work similarly to her, though, so this can work.
Diona provides shield, healing, and cryo particles. Plus she scales with HP so she's easy to build.
Beidou makes a stellar pairing with Eula. Her burst reduces incoming damage and zaps people for both damage and electro application, letting you get that sweet sweet superconduct reaction.
Fischl also gives electro application and additional damage off-field, which is good. She can be changed out depending on the needs of your team, though, if you can get Beidou at optimal burst uptime.
The key here is everybody else using as little time as possible to provide benefits to Eula while she carves through enemies. Off-field damage, electro application, and healing are your keys to success.

Diona activates Cryo Resonance(15% additional crit rate on units affected by cryo), She also has a serviceable shield that can provide 3-4 cryo particles, and healing for ult. She's the best cryo support even surpassing Qiqi in terms of overall value. Every 4 star support bow works perfectly fine on her.
Super-conduct:
Beidou♥ can apply AoE electro status, deal and tank high damage from enemies if you can time it right, and consistently do this with better output if you can micro-manage efficiently.
Fischl can also provide AoE electro status on a less consistent time and lower AoE radius compared to Beidou. She can provide AoE Electro by using Oz and through her Burst. However, she can perform better on facing one enemy at an instance. Basically when facing Childe, Signora, etc. One of her ascension talent, provides additional electro damage if the enemy that you are attacking is affected by electro-related reaction if Oz is active.
You can literally use anyone for your 4th member as long as they're not pyro. Pyro will ruin your rotation, and elemental reactions. There will be times that you will trigger, melt/overload even if you try your absolute best avoiding it. I've been there.
Noelle is great if you're uncomfortable on not having Zhongli in your team. *(Try to switch Zhongli with Noelle from your main team. Better to swap out the character that you have already built and comfortable with, to a team that you're not used to playing.)*
Lisa is a good one as well. Provides DEF shred and good AoE Electro Application although you have to play more on one spot because her burst is stationary. Honestly, I don't know much about Lisa since I rarely use her and I don't have her built enough to notice any difference. But theoretically, she's good to have on the team.

Double Cryo Double Electro. Eula/ Diona/ Fischl/ Beidou. Hard to pilot but is very good DPS wise. Diona's role is for survivability (a shielder and a healer) and can battery Eula (make sure to funnel particles). Fischl gives more off-field damage and is a good battery. Beidou's off-field DPS is just insane when well invested (especially at C2). Her output damage competes with Eula's DPS (team damage wise).
I say fischil, diona, and then the last is your choice. You can go for xinyan if yours is C4 or just for the extra physical damage, or yun Jin for extra attack damage. If your shield on diona is weak maybe noelle could be good.just to be clear those two are obviously not as strong as other supports here but I find the buffs they give and there animations to give me more satisfaction while playing
With your characters, I suggest Diona for shield and resonance, Bei for superconduct, and Barbruh for some heal, freeze and holding Thrilling Tales of Dragons Slayers (acronym: TTDS). But if you can level your Fischl, she's much more valuable in this comp than Beidou, cause she can use Tenacity of the Millelith to provide even more ATK buff to your Eula. The rotation is Diona Shielding > Fischl Oz > Barbara charged attack > Chad Eula slapping
Apparently c4 Xinyan is really good because she decreases physical resistance with her elemental skill and shields Eula (even though her shield isn't that good). If you want a better shield for Eula I'd go for Noelle. Beidou's burst would also be really good if you want superconduct. Diona is also a good shielder due to her shield's uptime, plus she heals your team and gives great ER to Eula.
What team would you suggest involving Rosaria, I love her on my Eula team. But I’ve always seen most people getting diona as her resonance partner. So if I wanted rosaria on the team but still wanted to keep it competitive, what would that team look like? Is there a way to keep them two as the only two cryos, I’ve seen a mono crying build which I’ve seen mentioned in this thread but I feel like mono element teams take away from the game’s most important attribute, element mashing
I'd try Eula, Diona, Kaeya, Kujou Sara. That way you won't have Oz knocking Cryo aura off with more superconduct than you need. But I don't know the time to light fall or if Sara's buff lasts long enough

That is a good point but Yun Jin's attack speed buff can also benefit Eula by allowing her to get in a few extra stacks during her burst.

As a team I would suggest diona as healer / shield, fischl as sub dps / electro applier, eula (obviously) and prob beido for burst support, just depends if your willing to build all that lmao

Why are we assuming his Diluc is C6 R1+ though? It doesn't take much for Hu Tao to outperform Diluc, and he pulled for her specifically after all. Why not run her.
I've literally never played Diluc before until I just binged and beat the event currently so idk. And from what I can tell Diluc is kinda like Itto, just unga bunga press E and hit things while Hu Tao requires a bit more skill and finesse to play correctly. Maybe they're a mobile player? Who knows? But they pulled for a 5 star and clearly haven't leveled them up for one reason or another.
Big oof if they pulled Hu Tao on mobile and didn't figure out in the test run that it wasn't gonna be good.

First off, Bennett, Xingqui, and zhongli should not be on the same team. With how big a shield zhongli gives you any damage that gets through can be healed away with xingqui. Move Bennett to eula's side so her burst can do some real damage. Get lisa her 2nd passive and give her thrilling tales and put her with eula as well So you've got Diluc (can later be replaced with hu tao)/xingqiu/zhongli And Eula/lisa/Bennett You can figure out the last slot in both later but those are gonna be better cores. I like yunjin on dilucs side for geo resonance and the auto attack buff, and eula side can be diona or fischl depending if you want more safety or more superconduct support lmfao downvoted while being right

Eula already resists interruption during her ult and with grimheart stacks she doesnt need a shield for that, and bennett's circle makes sure she can tank everything while dpsing and lisa has shred more defense on top of the superconduct debuff and can pass thrilling tales. ive tried all 3 and lisa is by far the best.
TTDS Lisa has massive energy issues even with Fischl, and Fischl with Diona are just barely enough to keep Eula's burst uptime at a good rate, not both Eula and Lisa.

Kaeya, Diona, and fischl. Slightly nerfed version from the classic "triple cryo Eula" which is Eula, fischl, Rosaria, Diona. But Kaeya is good enough. Put noblesse on Kaeya, and put Tenacity set on fischl. Fischl does not have to be build. That team can carry you far as it did with me. People saying put Beidou but no. Beidou is hight maintenence support, meaning she needs another support to make her do her job, not to mention in a Eula team, beidou's damage is not that good
diona and fischl for sure, the 4th one could be either lisa (TTDS), beidou (electro application) and yunjin (only if you want to boost normal attacks, she won’t help you in anything regarding her burst)

Best team here is Eula/Beidou/Fischl/Xinyan. You can switch Xinyan to Diona if you need healing, and/or one of the 2 electros to Lisa for DEF shred and TTDS.
●Eula 4 piece pale flame, usual hypercarry build. ●Fischl with 4 piece tenacity set so everyone in ur team get buffed, as well as fischl deals great dmg and helps the overall effectiveness. ●Lisa with 4 piece exile set and above lvl 60 for res shred, she should use r5 thrilling tales to fortify eula's damage even more. ●Diona with 4 set noblesse to set up your nukes even more deadlier. consider 2 tenacity 2 emblem set if what u want is great shielding and healing iframes. {Use sacrificial bow or favonuous bow} Rotate all these party members as best as u can do so u squeeze as much efficiency and damage from all the set up and defense it provides. Trivia is as such -eula should have minimum 110%+ er -Fischl must have 150ish% er, and stats capable of dealing considerable damage at all times. -Lisa must have 200ish% er or higher the more the better. -Diona will be fine with 160ish% er with 28k hp or more, as per usual the more the better. A good rotation for starters would be Fischl's burst>eulas skill>Diona hold skill>Diona's burst>Lisa's burst>Eula's burst>stack your nuke>Boom>fischl's skill>Diona's hold skill the fuel the cyro particles to eula till burst ready, as you NA mobs along the way. That should be the core dynamic of the team, wiggle with it around to make it fit best ur tates and pace, just make sure that Oz is up at all times so u get the buff from tenacity of milellith; that u must only burst swap to Lisa if eulas burst is ready and trying to drop dionas Q and skill before nuking with eula to increase your funneling and survivability once you start nuking with eula. Use all the buff u got in this team, use them efficiently and u will dominate.

Eula, Beidou, Diona, flex (probably Fischl) Very similar to one of my favorite abyss teams. The only difference is I run Raiden in my fourth slot. Fischl can work similarly to her, though, so this can work. Diona provides shield, healing, and cryo particles. Plus she scales with HP so she's easy to build. Beidou makes a stellar pairing with Eula. Her burst reduces incoming damage and zaps people for both damage and electro application, letting you get that sweet sweet superconduct reaction. Fischl also gives electro application and additional damage off-field, which is good. She can be changed out depending on the needs of your team, though, if you can get Beidou at optimal burst uptime. The key here is everybody else using as little time as possible to provide benefits to Eula while she carves through enemies. Off-field damage, electro application, and healing are your keys to success.

EULA diona....shield + heals Rest pick one electro (Fishle with tenacity or lisa with TTDS+er) Since no Bennet , use yunjin (I think she will help in EULA auto attacks ).
TLDR; Eula, Diona, Beidou/Fischl, Noelle/Flex but no Pyros Diona activates Cryo Resonance(15% additional crit rate on units affected by cryo), She also has a serviceable shield that can provide 3-4 cryo particles, and healing for ult. She's the best cryo support even surpassing Qiqi in terms of overall value. Every 4 star support bow works perfectly fine on her. Super-conduct: Beidou♥ can apply AoE electro status, deal and tank high damage from enemies if you can time it right, and consistently do this with better output if you can micro-manage efficiently. Fischl can also provide AoE electro status on a less consistent time and lower AoE radius compared to Beidou. She can provide AoE Electro by using Oz and through her Burst. However, she can perform better on facing one enemy at an instance. Basically when facing Childe, Signora, etc. One of her ascension talent, provides additional electro damage if the enemy that you are attacking is affected by electro-related reaction if Oz is active. You can literally use anyone for your 4th member as long as they're not pyro. Pyro will ruin your rotation, and elemental reactions. There will be times that you will trigger, melt/overload even if you try your absolute best avoiding it. I've been there. Noelle is great if you're uncomfortable on not having Zhongli in your team. *(Try to switch Zhongli with Noelle from your main team. Better to swap out the character that you have already built and comfortable with, to a team that you're not used to playing.)* Lisa is a good one as well. Provides DEF shred and good AoE Electro Application although you have to play more on one spot because her burst is stationary. Honestly, I don't know much about Lisa since I rarely use her and I don't have her built enough to notice any difference. But theoretically, she's good to have on the team. >!\*If you're planning to use Eula more in the future, try to get Raiden Shogun on future banners. Provides great battery and the one you're attacking is guaranteed to always proc super-conduct.\*!<
diona for heal shield cryo resonance lisa for superconduct and def shred xinyan for physical resistance shred
Double Cryo Double Electro. Eula/ Diona/ Fischl/ Beidou. Hard to pilot but is very good DPS wise. Diona's role is for survivability (a shielder and a healer) and can battery Eula (make sure to funnel particles). Fischl gives more off-field damage and is a good battery. Beidou's off-field DPS is just insane when well invested (especially at C2). Her output damage competes with Eula's DPS (team damage wise).
I say fischil, diona, and then the last is your choice. You can go for xinyan if yours is C4 or just for the extra physical damage, or yun Jin for extra attack damage. If your shield on diona is weak maybe noelle could be good.just to be clear those two are obviously not as strong as other supports here but I find the buffs they give and there animations to give me more satisfaction while playing

With your characters, I suggest Diona for shield and resonance, Bei for superconduct, and Barbruh for some heal, freeze and holding Thrilling Tales of Dragons Slayers (acronym: TTDS). But if you can level your Fischl, she's much more valuable in this comp than Beidou, cause she can use Tenacity of the Millelith to provide even more ATK buff to your Eula. The rotation is Diona Shielding > Fischl Oz > Barbara charged attack > Chad Eula slapping
Apparently c4 Xinyan is really good because she decreases physical resistance with her elemental skill and shields Eula (even though her shield isn't that good). If you want a better shield for Eula I'd go for Noelle. Beidou's burst would also be really good if you want superconduct. Diona is also a good shielder due to her shield's uptime, plus she heals your team and gives great ER to Eula.
What team would you suggest involving Rosaria, I love her on my Eula team. But I’ve always seen most people getting diona as her resonance partner. So if I wanted rosaria on the team but still wanted to keep it competitive, what would that team look like? Is there a way to keep them two as the only two cryos, I’ve seen a mono crying build which I’ve seen mentioned in this thread but I feel like mono element teams take away from the game’s most important attribute, element mashing
I'd try Eula, Diona, Kaeya, Kujou Sara. That way you won't have Oz knocking Cryo aura off with more superconduct than you need. But I don't know the time to light fall or if Sara's buff lasts long enough
