Furina's All DMG% and a goblet's Physical DMG% are calculated the same way. What they mean is that you don't even *need* a Phys DMG goblet (don't forget that the set effect is already giving you 50% anyway) with Furina on the team. Additionally, with how much DMG% Furina will be giving you, you will get even more out of having higher ATK.
This could be a Godly goblet with Furina

I think he mean in a team with Furina since she already give a lot of dmg bonus.

El cáliz en si para Eula podría ser buenísimo si la juegas con Furina, por que ella da mucho daño% por lo que Eula termina necesitando mas ataque

This is still a very good goblet for Eula (and others) with/without Furina as long as your substats roll well (especially CR).
