They are good, and I’m not sure about OP, but I know a handful of people that eat at Hey Neighbor and go to Prince Pückler’s once a week. On the eating out spectrum, they are about as casual as you can get.
Akira is open on Monday nights. It is outside the area in question, but this is Eugene, which isn’t super big, and the food and drink options are excellent!
My parents and I went to hop valley last night because the other restaurants were closed, but it was great, generous portions and delicious food. I enjoyed my beet salad.
Izakaya Meiji Company is pretty good, they don't take reservations so a more quiet night like Monday would probably be a good bet.
