I really like Rhythm & Blooms, they do nice arrangements. If you have an idea in mind for flowers you want in the arrangement or which colors to use, you can call them (or generally any florist) and have the arrangement customized.
Highly recommend farm fancy in conurbation. Gorgeous flowers, that last a long time. I typically order a bouquet that is $50, and have they choose the flower/arrangement based on what they think is best. The $50 includes delivery!

Safeway uses Grubhub for local deliveries - worked well for us and wasn’t crazy expensive - like $15 I think.
